Study On The Optimization Of The Supply Chain Management Of Gome Electric Appliance

With the acceleration of the global economic integration process,the scope of business activities and the area of operation also show the characteristics of cross regional management,which makes the level of supply chain management in the world a key factor to determine the competitiveness of enterprises.Supply chain management has become an important basis and content to decide the business efficiency,cost control level and create differentiated competitive advantage platform.Gome as the first domestic home appliance retail chain enterprises,in order to meet the future development and deal with more complex competition requirements,put forward the "Online + offline + logistics" three into one "new retail concept,advantages in logistics distribution and consumer experience away from the city and the area of the retail community has been highlighted and successfully affect the strategic layout of different operating range of retail giants.However,with the further development of e-commerce,there are many new problems and challenges in the supply chain management of Gome and other traditional household appliance retailers,which restricts the further expansion and growth of the scale of enterprises.Combination of theoretical and empirical research methods,comprehensive induction,in-depth analysis of existing in the supply chain management of Gome,including supply chain management concept,information system needs to keep pace with the times,the need to improve the relationship with the supplier needs to further consolidate,inventory management level is relatively backward logistics and distribution capacity should be improved,the talent supply chain management to be added.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of Gome,Gome based on e-commerce environment should put forward corresponding policy suggestions to optimize the chain management,including strengthening the advanced supply chain management concept,e-commerce supply chain construction become the enterprise development strategy of top-level system design,and strengthen information management,optimization of logistics distribution system the software and hardware construction.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the organizational guarantee,cultural security and resource protection for the optimization of Gome's supply management.
