With the increase of environmental monitoring in our country,we should re-examine the relationship between economic development and environment,and constantly innovate to find out a harmonious development mode with nature.Nowadays,the construction industry is a key industry of energy saving and emission reduction,and it is also the key to realize the green sustainable development of our country's economy and society.China Railway Construction Group is one of the most important construction companies in China.In the construction of railway materials,it is basically provided by the China Railway Materials Company.Along with the listing of enterprises and the changes of domestic environment and policies in recent years,China railway construction is facing more and more environmental pressures and other enterprises' competition.At the same time,it faces the embarrassing situation of high cost and low profit.In order to improve the overall profit of the enterprise,how to carry on the green development is an urgent problem to be solved,which is related to the long-term healthy development of the enterprise.According to the calculation of the construction industry relevant information and related project material quota application,learned in the total cost of construction enterprise,material procurement,transportation,warehousing costs accounted for half of total project cost,so how to solve the material purchase,transport and storage problems is the key to the project well,but also to improve the profit,the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,based on the green basis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of procurement,warehousing and distribution,pointing out that there are some problems,at the same time,gives the corresponding optimization suggestions,and determines the selection of high-quality suppliers through AHP.In this paper,the green supply chain as a guide,combined with the characteristics of the railway project itself to study,hope that through the use of green supply chain theory of China Railway Construction Group for railway supplier selection,materials procurement,storage,scientific management to find a suitable method,enlighten the application of green supply chain management in railway material in.
