Increasingly severe problems such as scarcity of resources,environmental pollution,and climate warming pose "green" requirements for supply chain management.Traditional supply chain management is gradually upgraded to green supply chain management.Green supply chain management is inseparable from the scientific and effective performance evaluation system.A complete performance evaluation system can not only help companies find their deficiencies,improve their management level and core competitiveness,but also provide help and ideas for the overall optimization and improvement of the supply chain,and promote the healthy development of the industry.At present,the supply chain management evaluation is generally based on the perspective of a single company,and there is a lack of performance evaluation methods for the complete supply chain.This research selects the automotive industry supply chain that involves numerous industries,complete chains,and typical industries as research objects.This dissertation summarizes the status quo of research on the performance of supply chain,the green supply chain,the green supply chain based on the lean thinking and evaluation of green supply chain management in automobile industry at home and abroad.Focusing on the performance evaluation of the green supply chain management in the automotive industry,the author finds out the current problems and studies the feasibility of integrating lean management ideas into the performance evaluation of automotive industry supply chain management deeply.Using modular design principles to build the evaluation index system of green supply chain Based on lean thinking.The indicator system design adopts analytic process and layer the indicators by three hierarchy with the target level as the highest one which can be divided into 7 aspects according to each link and management support mechanism.In addition,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish a quantitative model of indicators.At last the author takes L company as the example and the use its data analyzed the effectiveness of the model.This dissertation integrates lean management ideas into the performance evaluation of the green supply chain in the automotive industry,and builds a set of performance evaluation indicators for the green supply chain based on actual needs and management objectives.This evaluation system has been verified by examples and can clearly evaluate the level of green supply chain performance and the specific conditions of each link in the supply chain.The indicator system is comprehensive and reasonable,the evaluation method is simple and practical,and the evaluation results are scientific and credible.It can be widely applied to the performance evaluation of green supply chain management in the automotive industry in China,and has a certain significance for the improvement of the green level of China's automotive industry supply chain.
