The Study Of The JK Foam Concrete Insulated Wall With Building Formword

Building energy-saving is the main content of the energy-saving strategy strongly advocated by Country currently.Energy consumption in buildings accounts for largely proportion of the total energy consumption.However,energy consumption in buildings lost in the wall accounts for 48.18%of the whole building energy consumption.So vigorously study of the wall insulating system has great significance for building energy-saving.The JK foam concrete insulated wall with formword is a new type of external insulation system which uses the Building Formword as non-dismantling formwork,then pouring the Bubble Grain Concrete in the room between the Building Formword and the wall.It overcomes many shortcomings of the original external wall insulating system,such as poor fire resistance,low durability etc.At the same time it plays its own advantages greatly,the lifetime of insulating system is the same as buildings,it has good fire resistance,simple construction and good insulation effects,and it eliminates Heat Bridge completely.Therefore,this wall has very bright application prospects in the current of promoting building energy-saving.The paper firstly designs the main structure of the JK foam concrete insulated wall with formword,which includes determining the economic thickness of the JK foam concrete insulation,analyzing loads on the Building Formword in the process of casting the JK foam concrete and determining the Building Formword's specifications,designing connections for the wall and Building Formword which determines the form and size of expansion bolts and welding.Then the performance of the JK foam concrete insulated wall with formword is analyzed,including insulation performance,sound isolation performance,resistance to condensation performance,resistance to crack performance etc.Thus,it can be confirmed that the wall meets the requirements of proper living conditions' basic standards.In addition,I've aslo calculated the economic cost of the wall.At last,an experimental study on the actual casting process of the JK foam concrete is carried out.In this part,the production of JK foam concrete and the preparation of the Building Formword frame are introduced.The insulation slurry's leakage and Building Formword's deformation in the process of the JK foam concrete casting should be researched to make sure that the wall's design works.
