| In industrial production,there are many places need to accurate measurement and control the flow of small powder or granular bulk solids,then combined automatic powder packaging control system with packing equipment.It is the device includes taking bag,sending bag,packing bag.Now,Automatic packaging production line is playing an increasingly important role in industrial production,however,traditional artificial packaging due to its low production efficiency and become the industry a big obstacle to improve production and packaging quality,has already not satisfied the need of modern production.So the research on the application of automatic packaging production system has great economic significance and practical significance.This topic mainly studies the application of Siemens S7-300 series PLC in automatic powder packaging system.At first,this paper summarized present conditions of the formation,development and application of PLC,then discusses the history of automatic packaging stacking line,the status quo of our country,and a series of problems and the future trend of the development of this field.Secondly analyzed the process of automatic powder packaging system and action process,and designed hardware and software in PLC control system.Finally simulation debugged the program of the automatic powder packaging system.According to the analysis of the control process of powder packaging production system,its main composition includes six equipments which are taking bag device,sending bag device,mechanical arm,bag clamp device,sending package machine and sewing machine.It control the working process of the entire production line automatically through programmable logic controller PLC.PLC control system is the core of the powder automatic packaging production line,and the action of process of packaging,is complex,so the control system requires high reliability,good energy saving measures,strong ability of fault diagnosis,to ensure the stable operation of the production.In this paper,according to the requirements of the system control,I select the appropriate program design method to design the PLC program.The goal of PLC program is meet the system requirements and achieve the control function of the actual requirements.The design of the control system has been passed in the experiment,,after many repeated verification,the simulation debugging is success to achieve the control requirements. |
