Research On Improved Design And Control Of Dust-free Powder Automatic Packaging Scale

Packaging scale is widely used in daily production.Whether its weighing is accurate,labor intensity and packaging efficiency are all issues that need to be considered in enterprise production.In terms of powder packaging,the harm caused by dust flying should not be underestimated.The research group has studied the dust-free powder automatic packaging scale and designed the prototype.Based on this,this thesis improves the design of the packaging scale and studies the control system of the packaging scale.The main contents are as follows :(1)Based on the analysis of the principle and production process of the original packaging scale,the scale synthesis and structural improvement design of the spiral feeding mechanism,the lifting mechanism and the bag taking / opening mechanism are carried out,and the whole machine is assembled by Proe software.(2)The parameters of the feed screw are optimized,and the stress and strain analysis is carried out by ANSYS.In order to make the bag taking / opening process more stable,the kinematics simulation analysis of the bag taking / opening mechanism is carried out by the driving function obtained by the path planning of the sucker through ADAMS software,and the changes of displacement,velocity and acceleration are studied.(3)PLC is used to control the packaging scale,and the auxiliary relay is used to complete the work of the hardware relay to save the packaging cost.The I / O port is allocated according to the packaging principle.Considering the functions to be realized,the model of PLC is selected,and the programming software GX Works2 is used to complete the writing of the control program.(4)Select and purchase the slider guide mechanism,cylinder,weighing module and suction cup,process the bag taking / opening mechanism,build the hardware system of the whole machine and debug it with the software system.
