Packaging machinery is the organic combination of machinery industry and packaging industry,its modernization is the main link to achieve the development of the packaging industry.The foreign packaging machinery industry has gone through several decades of development,and gradually formed a mature development model.Domestic packaging machinery industry as a whole started late,the rapid rises in recent years.It has possessed important position,but the imbalance in the development process is gradually revealed and its industrial design level is still backward.Domestic packaging machines exist obvious differences compared with foreign packaging machine in appearance,which needs to be improved immediately.The paper concentrates on the appearance design of powder automatic packaging machine using behavioral science.The following is the main content of the paper:(1)The development status of packaging machinery industry at home and abroad is analyzed.On this basis,the characteristics of shape,color,structural details and exterior decoration are studied to get the advantages and disadvantages of powder automatic packaging machine appearance.(2)Using behavioral analysis framework,the paper analyzes the four aspects of the behavior:people-the operator,objects-powder automatic packaging machine,environment-the factory environment,information-interactive information to get constraints on the design of powder automatic packaging machine.Then design factors of the automatic packing machine in the feeding system,the filling system,the transmission system,the control system,the dust removal system and the weighing system are extracted.(3)The paper analyzes improvement points for the LCS-50-FB quantitative powder automatic packaging machine(FB powder automatic packaging machine)and LCS-50-FD quantitative powder automatic packaging machine(FD powder automatic packaging machine)in the structure and appearance.Then focusing on behavioral analysis framework,it summarize the design orientation for specific program design.Using the brainstorming method to complete the drawing of the first round of the two-dimensional effect map,the paper designs second round of the two-dimensional effect map according to the design of the development,and finally establishes three-dimensional digital model and product renderings.(4)Evaluating the design scheme from the perspective of behavior,the paper judge each program from the attraction of product to the operator,the retention of mechanical properties,the adaptability of environment and the quality of information exchange.And summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the design of the automatic packaging machine.Through the practice of this project,this paper hopes to narrow the distance between the packing machinery products and people.For the industrial design,the research added rigorous design research and scientific design orientation,which help to form an industrial design with industry characteristics.
