Cylindrical roller bearing play a decisive role in rotating machinery,In recent years,bearing has been developing towards high speed,high precision,large load,and long life,but the friction between the internal parts of cylindrical roller bearing limits its speed.The form of sliding friction between the cage and the rollers is one of the important factors that generate heat and power consumption during the motion of the bearing and affect the performance of the bearing.For this reason,this paper proposes a new type of isolator cylindrical roller bearing,and analyzes the kinematic contact characteristics of new type of bearing,so as to verify the rationality and stability of bearing.Firstly,the relevant structural parameters of the new isolator cylindrical roller bearing are designed and calculated,Theoretical equations for clearance calculation of the bearing structure are determined,and the number and size of rollers and spacers are established.Based on the Hertz theory,the contact characteristics analysis of isolator cylindrical roller bearings is carried out.Deduce the relevant contact stress equation,carry out the relevant kinematics analysis and calculation of the new bearing,the relationship equation between the roller and the isolation body and the inner ring speed is established,and the clearance equation of the adjacent roller during the motion process is established.Analyzing whether the isolator can separate the adjacent rollers and make the rollers evenly disperse during the movement.Then,the contact dynamics analysis of the isolator cylindrical roller bearing is carried out,Establishing the bearing coordinate system of the isolation body and related mathematical models,carrying out the bearing and force analysis of the bearing rollers.Through the relevant theoretical analysis of the roller,the force situation of the isolator is analyzed,the theoretical equation of the relevant isolator is established,and the verification method of whether the isolator reaches the limit of breaking the ring is further analyzed.Finally,the dynamic simulation of the isolated body cylindrical roller bearing is carried out,using the rigid-flexible coupling model.Simulation of contact force,stress,clearance of each part,and motion trajectory of the roller and other parts of the bearing under different conditions using ADAMS,thereby analyze the motion stability of the new bearing.Prototype isolated cylindrical roller bearings are made,and bearing motion experiments are conducted to collect temperature as well as vibration data to verify the stability of bearing motion.The analysis theory related to the new isolated body cylindrical roller bearing was established.Verified the motion stability of the new bearing.This has laid an important theoretical foundation for the design and development of cage free isolation body bearings.
