The Application And Research Of Sequential Operation In 220kV Xiannong Substation

In recent years,the research and application of substation procedural operation technology become one of the hotspots in the development of substation operation technology.Sequential operation in the domestic electric power system has been applied to the engineering and obtained certain achievements,promoting the progress of substation switching operating mode and the operating efficiency and security benefits.The sequential operation of 220kV Xiannong substation was researched and applicated,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The technology of intelligent substation is introduced,including basic concepts,technical characteristics,automatic systeL ucture and key technology of digital substation and problems.The intelligent substation was compared with conventional substation and the advantages of intelligent substation were summarized.(2)The 220 kV Xiannong substation as the research object,they were thoroughly analyzed that the demand for primary equipment and secondary equipment.The automation system was analyzed that monitoring and information transmission with real-time data,friendly man-machine interactive operation,miss operation blocking device for the theoretical foundation of application of sequential operation in 220kV Xiannong substation.(3)The 220kV Xiannong substation was studied including construction situation primary equipment and secondary equipment,the characteristics structure and operation method of the CSC-2000 automation system in 220kV Xiannong substation.They were studied including main transformer interval,line interval and switching step of sequential operation in Xiannong substation based on the centralized procedure of host.On the basis,the integration of five prevention system and substation operation points for attention were analyzed.(4)The application of sequential operation is of great significance for 220kV Xiannong substation.The effects of sequential operation for Xiannong substation were analyzed,such as equipment management system,operation maintenance and substation management system in 220kV Xiannong substation.The application of sequential operation in 220kV Xiannong substation not only improved the efficiency and safety level of Xiannong substation,but also greatly reduced the traditional secondary protection linking piece,operating device and the number of state handle,and effectively reduced or avoided the emergence "three false" accident or failure of relay protection.At the same time,the application of sequential operation in 220kV Xiannong substation guided the new direction for substation management model.It will help improve substation operation staff ability,accelerate the establishment of the procedural operation management system and transform substation operation defects.Application of Xiannong of sequential operation in substation,the effective realization of the information sharing maximization,is conducive to promoting Xiannong substation project implementation,maintenance services business process integration,in a certain extent,is conducive to improve the overall capability of safe operation.
