Intelligent substation sequence control operation refers to an operation mode that follows the operation command issued by the automation system,according to the pre-defined operation logic and under the premise of passing the verification of the five prevention locking rules,the electrical equipment of the substation automatically completes the transformation among the three states of operation,hot standby and cold standby.Sequence control operation transforms the traditional operation order into task order,realizes single key start,automatic check and sequential completion of operation,shortens the time of manual stop and power transmission,and greatly improves the operation efficiency;at the same time,there is no or little need for manual intervention in the operation process,effectively avoids the risk of human misoperation,reduces the risk of personal safety,and maximizes the safety of switching operation.Sequence control operation is an advanced application of intelligent substation and an important part of improving the intelligent level of substation.Based on the?Technical guidelines for sequence control of intelligent substation?issued by State Grid Corporation of China,this paper discusses the safe and reliable construction,standardization and efficient implementation of sequence control operation mode,relying on the integrated information platform of intelligent substation,in order to push sequence control operation to a larger application market,so as to improve the intelligent level of substation and the efficiency of switching operation.The first chapter of this paper introduces the basic knowledge of sequence control operation technology of intelligent substation,describes the purpose and significance of the research;the second chapter discusses how to build sequence control operation mode,including two parts:the first part is to build software system,mainly the construction of operation ticket system and error prevention system;the second part is to transform hardware facilities,including dispatching terminal,operation and maintenance team "Three terminal" transformation of terminal and substation terminal.This chapter deeply analyzes an important reason why the current sequence control operation can't be promoted,that is,it can't meet the technical requirements of non-homologous "double confirmation" of whether the isolation switch equipment is in place after the operation of the power safety regulation,and gives a targeted solution:it can be solved by adding sensors.In the third chapter,from the perspective of substation operation and maintenance management,combined with the operation and maintenance production of substation,especially the switching operation,the safety implementation requirements of sequence control operation are proposed,aiming to standardize and efficiently use the sequence control operation mode of substation,maximize its safety and efficiency advantages,and provide management ideas for its promotion.According to the actual situation of the project,this paper takes a 110kV Substation in operation as the transformation blueprint for specific description,and puts forward a relatively complete transformation scheme for the intelligent sequence control operation transformation of the substation in operation,in order to provide reference for the sequence control operation transformation of other substations in operation.The fourth chapter makes a summary of the whole paper and puts forward the expectation.
