With the rapid development of China's economy,in order to meet people's demand for electricity,the traditional thermal power plant is gradually moving towards the direction of large-scale thermal power plant?Large-scale thermal power generation unit control is divided into the main network control system and auxiliary network control system,the main network control system by people attention has been basically integrated.The auxiliary network control system is too scattered,different auxiliary plant often use different control systems,can not be directly effective communication,control of the auxiliary network system to achieve integrated control,which in general affected the management of large thermal power plant management level.So how to realize the integration of the auxiliary network control system is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the thermal power industry at this stage.In order to optimize the auxiliary network control system,we adopt the combination of PLC and DCS in the structure,and use Profibus in the form of communication of the equipment.In order to optimize the auxiliary network control system of the 1000 MW super-large thermal power generating unit of Fujian Hongshan Thermal Power Plant Phase ? expansion project,Field bus,in the system disposition,the design and the realization uses the industrial automation general technical platform IAP technology,realizes to the subsidiary net control system overall performance optimization.This article mainly from the network architecture design,the communication connection design,the man-machine contact surface design and the control function design explained the control system integration control the realization process.At the same time,this paper takes the design of the control logic program of reverse osmosis system and ash removal system in boiler makeup water system as an example to illustrate the realization of integrated control system of IAP system to auxiliary network control system.And gives the fieldbus technology design content and implementation.Practice has proved that,IAP control system in the large-scale thermal power plant DCS auxiliary network has a more effective application of control for the integration of enterprise control played a larger role.At present,the system has been put into use,and has been a good validation.
