Decades of reform and opening up,as China's economic development,the capacity and the form of city traffic has been put forward new requirements and challenges,and then the bridge gets a high speed development as followed.With the acceleration of urbanization process,the economic development more and more dependent on the traffic.Especially in the cities which river distribution more densely populated,the large population areas,bridges has become an irreplaceable transport medium.With the increase of the number and the load of vehicle.Correspondingly,the bearing capacity of the bridge is increasing.The specification of the construction period can not meet the requirements of the bearing capacity nowadays.Many bridges have emerged that the bridge deck is cracking,the concrete is spalling,and the steel is yield and so on,The bridge reinforcement is increasingly becoming an integral part of modern bridge maintenance work.The form of traffic on the bridge also begins to show the diversity as the maturity of the reinforcement technology.The bridge in reinforcement construction with a closed traffic has many advantages,such as a better reinforcement effect,a little affected by environmental factors and the load on the bridge,but it will affect the normal social order in a certain extent,also may cause the diversion of traffic and other acts which may affect the social economy indirectly.While the bridge in reinforcement construction with an opening traffic reinforcement can maximize the guarantee of normal social order,however,it will lead to a more stringent requirements to the form of the reinforcement and the performance of the bridge.This article is based on the reinforcement project of a diamond-shaped interconnection main bridge,study the risk assessment model of bridge reinforcement construction when it comes to closed traffic and non-closed traffic respectively.The specific method is as follows:(1)Introduce the concept,the status quo and the assessment method of the risk assessment in detail.put forward the problem of the evaluation of bridge reinforcement construction in present stage and this article main research content,the risk assessment of the period of the bridge reinforcement.(2)State the risk factors in bridge reinforcement construction period.To identify the classification of risk factors in detail,this paper respectively explains the bearing capacity,construction technology,environment,society,and the other five aspects of the period of bridge reinforcement construction.(3)The risk assessment of the construction period of the bridge is expounded in detail,and comes up with two research parts corresponding research models:for the model of the closed traffic during bridge reinforcement construction,we prefer to a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process-radial basis function neural network-ALARP risk assessment model;when it comes to the opening traffic model,we can divide into two parts:the construction period of the bridge reinforcement and the construction period of the fiber cloth.we assess the risk in the period of the bridge reinforcement by a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process-finite element analysis model,and we use dynamic load test.and static load test in the period of adhesive fiber cloth.(4)Discuss a diamond-shaped interconnection main bridge risk assessment model for non-closed traffic and closed traffic.To detail the process of risk assessment.Finally,analyze and process the data of dynamic load test and static load test.
