With the development of China's infrastructure,cable-stayed bridge is popular because of its excellent performance,relatively economic,good spanning capacity,and outstanding aesthetic.However,the cable-stayed bridge has the characteristics of complicated construction tehnology,huge investment,long construction period and more cross-operation surface,those cause lots of unsafe factors during construction.In order to provide the basis for identification of potential risks,it is necessary to identify,estimate,evaluate and control the construction risk of cable-stayed bridge,which is good to optimize the construction projects.This also helps to improve the risk control measures and construction safety.In this paper,the construction risk assessment of cable-stayed bridge is mainlybased on the problem of qualitative,and the following research is carried out:(1)This paper studies the risk assessment theory of cable-stayed bridge construction,expounds the basic concepts of risk and the basic principles of risk assessment,gives the general definition of risk,and introduces the common risk assessment methods and their advantages and disadvantages.(2)In this paper,the uncertain analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the construction risk of cable-stayed bridge.The basic principles and steps of the two methods are introduced.The group-decision is introduced to consider a number of personnel assessments.The application problem of interval matrix and evaluation is solved by using the principle of set-valued stastics in the comprehensive evaluation.(3)Based on a cable-stayed bridge as an engineering background,this paper adopts investigation method and using the experience of the similar projects in the past,which can identify the risk factors.According to the basic parts of the cable-stayed bridge,It divides the risk factors to index system.Therefore,the model of cable-stayed bridge about construction risk assessment is established.On the basis of the model,the factor of weight including possibility and gravity is calculated by applying the the uncertain analytic hierarchy process.Then,the fuzzy evaluation matrix of underlying index is calculated.Finally,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was conducted to determine the overall risk level.The analysis results provide a reference for the construction risk control of the cable-stayed bridge,and put forward the concrete countermeasures for the single risk factors with high risk level.
