In order to improve a team’s risk solving capability and efficiency when building a bridge and to update a risk management theory with a wider applicability and practicability,this paper sets up a systematic risk identification and assessment model applying to bridge construction period.C sharp is used to develop dynamic risk assessment system based on Navisworks,a software of BIM.It helps to realize the automation of calculation process and the visualized management for dynamic risk by combining risk assessment and construction schedule.The main research contents and achievements are listed as follows:(1)Risk identification model of bridge construction based on WBS-RBS method.By comparing and analyzing merits and demerits of some common risk identification methods,taking the bridge engineering’s characteristics into consideration,a risk identification model based on WBS-RBS is set up.A list of risk factor is obtained with the coupled matrix based on WBS-RBS,which provides the basis for establishing a risk assessment indicator system.(2)Risk assessment model of bridge construction based on fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP).By comparing and analyzing merits and demerits of some common risk assessment methods and according to the fuzzy assessment standard from Guide for safety risk assessment of highway bridges and tunnel construction(Try out),triangular fuzzy numbers are introduced.This helps to overcome the drawback of cognitive biases susceptible to experts’ subjective judgments with FAHP,and also improve the model’s accuracy which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of risk assessment system.(3)The risk identification and assessment of Zhangjiangwan Bridge.The risk identification and assessment model mentioned above are applied to Zhangjiangwan Bridge Project in Fujian.A questionnaire survey on major risk factors is conducted,the factors are classified and the appraisal object is determined.Based on this,another questionnaire survey on FAHP is conducted.By calculating the level of construction risk of each component of the bridge,feasibility of the risk identification model and risk assessment is verified.(4)The development of dynamic risk assessment system of bridge construction based on BIM technology.The software Revit is used to set up BIM model and provides the carrier for risk information.Navisworks is selected as the development object.The development of dynamic risk assessment is done by four steps including the framework design,abstract class definition,interface design as well as program installation and invocation.Taking Zhangjiangwan Bridge Project for example,this system is used to analyze experts’ opinions about fuzzy risk assessment and furtherly calculate the level of construction risk of important components of the bridge so as to verify its practicability.It helps to realize the visualized management for dynamic construction risk by combining risk assessment,BIM model of bridge and construction schedule.
