In this paper,the topic is based on the project of “the special detection device for solar wing assembling”,the precision photoelectric measurement technology for straightness of guide rail is researched.An automatic wireless measurement and control system is proposed to increase the efficiency of the original detection device.The main content of this paper includes:1.The researching background and significant of wireless detection system is introduced,as well as wireless monitoring system current situation.The ZigBee wireless communication technology also is introduced,which provide a theoretical basis for the wireless detection system.2.The ZigBee communication circuit in the wireless monitoring system is designed,and the analog-to-digital conversion calculation,software filtering algorithm,FPGA parallel computing algorithm is used for processing the output data of the PSD.Analog-to-digital conversion algorithm is used for converting the PSD signal to high precision 16 bit digital signal,through the software filtering algorithm to reduce the noise data,FPGA algorithm is used for realizing the high precision compute for the data of PSD.The reflector is drove by the stepper motor to realize the remote controlling.3.Researching the workflow of the ZigBee protocol stack,and the user procedure of each node is designed for the star network,it is consist by the step motor driver procedure,the PSD data transfer procedure and the FPGA communication procedure.4.Verifying that the ZigBee communication circuit board,PSD wireless data acquisition,and wireless control for step motor can work normally by experiment.The nonlinear error of the optical system is reduced by the piecewise linear interpolation algorithm,and the accuracy of whole system is verified. |
