On many pragmatic aspects, as the industrial and agricultural productive process and the storage of goods as well as the daily life, the measurements of the temperature have played particularly important role in them. The traditional way of temperature measurement has the disadvantages of poor flexibility, small measurement range, poor scalability, unable to real-time monitoring and so on. Based on these shortcomings, this paper designs and implements a distributed wireless temperature measuring device.This article presents the design of a set of distributed multi-point temperature measuring device based on the LabVIEW and ZigBee wireless communication technology, and the design scheme on the basis of the functions need to implement. The device uses CC2530 as main control chip, PT100 as temperature sensor, and realizes the multiple nodes temperature acquisition, wireless transmission of temperature information and carries out processing, displaying and recording the uploading data in real-time on PC. This system has three main modular:temperature acquisition system, wireless data transmission system and PC monitoring system.Temperature acquisition system realizes the field real-time collection of the temperature data. This paper projects a high precision temperature acquisition circuit using PT100, which reduces the design difficulty, and ensures the accuracy of the data simultaneously, specially adopts CC2530 coming with 12 Bit A/D conversion. In the wireless data transmission system, the terminal node realizes to transmit collected data to the coordinator node in real-time by networking a coordination node and multiple terminal nodes, which based on ZigBee wireless communication technology. Moreover, This paper uses Z-stack ZigBee protocol stack to simplify the programming process. To the benefit of a simple interface and operation mode by adopting LabVIEW programming, the PC monitoring system has the ability of analyzing, processing, recording and displaying the temperature information gained splendidly. Even more, it enhances the portability of PC system by means of packaging the upper machine and some components, and ultimately generating a installer Program.This design presents a successful way of acquiring the multi-point temperature information through the wireless temperature measuring device, and sending to the coordinator node via wireless transmission, and finally displaying on PC in real-time. After verification, this device is verified with working stable, and each function achieves the expected goal.
