| In November 2009,the State Council promulgated the "Outline of China’s Tumen River Regional Cooperation and Development Program-Open and Pioneer Zone for Development and Development of Changjitu",which opened up the Changtu-Jitu area and is an economic reform, economic development, and opening to the outside world in Jilin Province.Good opportunity. This project is planned to renovate and expand the Suiwu Highway(Yinmahe Bridge-Dongfang Square),which is a section of the national highway Wulanhaote(Line 302)from Qichun. That is,from the east to the junction of Changchun City and Jilin City, near the Yinma River Bridge,it passes through the center of the Lianhua Mountain Eco-tourism Resort, and finally stretches to the Oriental Plaza. It is just along the Changjitu development.According to the “Reconsideration of the Changji-Nangan Line and Other Highways” of the Jilin Provincial Communications Department(Kyrgyzstan’s letter of correspondence,No.68,2011),after the reconstruction, the road section was mainly urban roads,so this should be incorporated into the urban road management. In fact,it is precisely because of the necessity and importance of the expansion of the Ningbo-Wuhan Highway that the risks it encountered in its implementation were studied and corresponding measures were taken. The core part of this research is mainly in the fourth and fifth chapters, that is,project risk identification and control desire evaluation. In the fourth chapter, the paper sorts out the methods, principles, and processes for risk identification, identifies the possible risks in each life cycle of the expansion project of the Suiwu Highway, and labels them, which classify these risks. This study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to expertly score the risks of each category and the corresponding items and generate an evaluation matrix. This paper uses R programming software to analyze and check consistency of the evaluation matrix.Through the results of the risk analytic hierarchy process, this paper finds the risk with the highest weight. In the fifth chapter, some risks with higher weights in the risk assessment in the fourth chapter are controlled, and the social environment, environmental protection measures and financial risks of the project are controlled. Finally,it is stated in the conclusion that this paper theoretically enriched the research on risk identification, evaluation and control of highway expansion projects. In practice,it also has a strong reference for risk control of highway expansion projects. |
