In recent years,the number of 500 kV substation expansion projects has shown an increasing trend in order to meet the growth of electricity demand in the whole society and to cope with the difficulties of site selection for new power transmission and transformation projects.At the same time,with the improvement of power supply reliability,the situation of safe production is grim,and the internal and external environment of 500kV substation expansion project is complex,so it is necessary to conduct comprehensive risk management for construction projects.In this paper,taking the 500 kV TY substation expansion project as an example,based on the actual operation of the project,and referring to the research results of domestic and foreign academic circles on power transmission and transformation projects,Delphi method is used to identify the risks of the expansion project from four stages,and AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to construct the hierarchical structure model of the risk level of the substation expansion project.According to the evaluation results and the project,the risk management response and monitoring measures are formulated,and finally the risk management evaluation system of the 500 kV substation expansion project is obtained.Combined with the implementation of 500 kV TY substation expansion project,effective risk response and monitoring measures are put forward to reduce the implementation risk of the project.The research results can comprehensively and systematically carry out the risk management of 500 kV TY substation expansion project,improve the management level of power grid construction,provide basis for project management decision-making,provide a reference risk management model for the same type of 500 kV substation expansion project,and guarantee the smooth implementation of power expansion project.
