The common induction motor has many advantages,such as simple structure,low cost,reliable operation and so on.It is widely used in industrial and agricultural production.However,in some special occasions with high starting performance,the common induction motor has been greatly restricted.So on the basis of ordinary induction motor,a variety of new motor structures have been derived,such as solid rotor motor.The solid rotor motor has the advantages of high mechanical strength,simple structure,good starting performance,low vibration and low noise.In this paper,three kinds of motor models are studied and analyzed.First of all,according to the specific environment of motor application and the good performance required,three kinds of motor models are put forward:common squirrel cage induction motor,squirrel cage solid rotor motor and solid rotor motor.Based on the theory of electromotor and taking the actual size of the motor as a standard,each part of the motor is designed separately,including the material,stator,rotor structure,size and various electromagnetic parameters of the motor,so that the comprehensive performance of the motor can reach the optimal state.Secondly,according to the practical problems faced by motor design,the necessary assumptions and boundary conditions of the model are given,and three kinds of motor models are simulated by finite element method.In this paper,the work performance,the starting performance and the mechanical performance of the three motor models are simulated and studied in three aspects.By comparing and analyzing the difference of its electromagnetic performance,it is concluded that the squirrel cage solid rotor motor is the most ideal model of the motor.Finally,according to the special motor characteristics of squirrel cage solid rotor motor,the influence of its important structural parameters on the electromagnetic performance of squirrel cage solid rotor motor is studied.It mainly includes three aspects: the motor performance is compared with different power supply modes,the number of rotor grooves is changed,the influence of pole slot matching on the electromagnetic performance of the motor is studied,and the influence of the variation of the motor air gap on the electromagnetic performance of the motor is studied.At the same time,the optimal design scheme is obtained according to the corresponding research results.
