Induction motor has many advantages,such as simple structure,low cost,reliable operation,and so on.It is widely used by people.However,in some special occasions which require high starting performance and high speed,the common cage laminated rotor induction motor is greatly limited.Therefore,scholars have designed many new and effective motor structures,including solid rotor induction motors,based on the research of common cage laminated rotor induction motors.Solid rotor induction motor has the advantages of high mechanical strength,simple structure,good starting performance,low vibration and noise.This paper mainly compares the working characteristics of three kinds of motor models,and puts forward a more optimized scheme.Firstly,according to the specific environment of motor application and the required good performance,three motor models are proposed: cage laminated rotor three-phase induction motor,cage solid rotor three-phase induction motor and pure solid rotor three-phase induction motor.Based on the theory of electromechanics and taking the actual size of the motor as the standard,each part of the motor is designed separately,including the selection of the motor material,the structure and size of the stator and rotor,and various electromagnetic parameters of the motor,so as to make it reach the optimal state.Secondly,according to the operation principle of the motor and the practical problems faced by the motor in the design process,combined with the electromagnetic calculation software Ansoft Maxwell,three motor models are simulated under the sinusoidal power supply.Furthermore,the power supply model of PWM variable frequency power supply is established,and the working performance,starting performance and mechanical performance of the three motor models are further simulated by using PWM variable frequency power supply.Bycomparing and analyzing the difference of electromagnetic performance,it is concluded that cage solid rotor three-phase induction motor is the most ideal motor model.Finally,according to the motor characteristics of cage solid rotor three-phase induction motor,the influence of its important structural parameters on the motor performance is studied.It mainly includes two aspects: the influence of slot width of different rotor on motor performance and the influence of slot depth on motor performance.At the same time,according to the corresponding research results,the improvement of the motor is carried out,and finally the optimal design scheme is obtained.
