Study On Management Of Design Quality Process For The Project Owner

With the rapid development of China’s economy and urbanization,the scale of construction projects has continued to expand,the construction industry has become an important force in stimulating the rapid growth of the national economy.Although the construction project design in the entire process of construction investment in the less,But it is a very critical project preparatory work,plays a decisive role for the success of the project.Design is the first step during the construction period.However,design management doesn’t get due attention.Many projects are built when the same time are designed.So the owner’s management should be strengthened.Compared with foreign countries,China’s design quality management theory is still relatively weak.This paper studies the design quality control of engineering construction projects from the perspective of the owners,and analyzes the problems in the design preparation stage,the plan design stage,the preliminary design stage,the construction drawing Design stage,design service and so on.The paper expatiates on the content of design quality control of engineering construction project.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Clarify the purpose and significance of this research,discusses civil engineering design and quality control of the significance of research background;collect and study of construction design quality control research situation at home and aboard.(2)Discusses design and quality control related to the theoretical basis of reference part of the research literature;clarify the definition and content of design quality control.(3)Clarify the design of construction projects in accordance with the principles of quality control and the stages of the process,analyzed and studied design principles and methods of quality control,quality control design work carried out in detail the various stages of analysis,building design quality control system,elaborated design specific measures for implementation of quality control.(4)The paper analyzes the contents of design quality evaluation,establishes the corresponding evaluation index system,puts forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of design quality,and evaluates the design quality to test whether the design results meet the requirements of owners and other aspects.(5)Finally,a practical case is analyzed to discuss the design quality control of the owner in each stage of the project design,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the design quality to further explain the project owner to do well the design quality process control work.
