Building products as a special kind of products possesses many features such as large investment in size, complexity and an irreversible process of production, defects in traceability of quality problems ,problems can't be solved by service, especially if the project quality is not up to the quality control standards, the consequences is far more serious than other products of inferior characteristics, and the product during use touches on personal property security, so that the quality becomes the common focus of attention of society. According to the related law, various technical standards and technical methods are felled into project design, construction material purchasing, engineering construction, checking and acceptance on project completion the stage to keep back accident due to quality, so project quality control during the whole process is very important in actual significance to ensure the implementation of project quality objectives.On the ground of the present research results and methods, the thesis firstly show the related theory on project quality control, including project quality concept, the formation of the project quality and impact of factors, the concept of the project quality control, the principle of project quality control, the responsibility system of project quality control, especially quality control responsibilities during the construction process are put in particular. Startting from the present situation of the quality control of the construction project, the main measures are described, including controlling the project design quality, appreciating the quality of material purchasing, paying more attention to the quality of project construction and assisting the quality supervision. Summarying the problem during the controlling, including related laws and regulations are not implemented effectively, participants are not positive, and the result of the controlling is not feedbacked timely. And then the related Countermeasure and advices are given, including improving the implement ation Mechanism of the Project quality control, reinforcing the brand shape of construction contingent to motivate the staff's initiative in their post and establishing valid communication channels by setting up special position for the person who is in charge of quality control. Finally researching one typical case based on the related theory, the project quality control system is analyzed by five aspects including internal quality control of the construction group, the choice of the main, supervision, the unit and the suppliers of main materials, the training for the internal manager, the controlling on the site operation and strict quality inspection before project delivery.
