The construction industry is developing at the cost of large consumption of natural resources and negative environmental impacts.In China,building energy consumption accounts for about 30.2%of total energy consumption of the whole society.According to statistics,construction activities have consumed 40%of total human natural resources and 40%of the total human energy.In the meantime,the amount of construction wastes has reached to 40%of the total human activities wastes.Energy consumption and solid wastes treatment will cause tremendous greenhouse gas emissions in the building construction,use,and demolition process.It is estimated that the greenhouse gases generated by construction industry will be 25%of the total social emissions.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to construct low carbon buildings.To achieve universal evaluation of building renovation,setting up carbon emission targets system,the topic used two method.One is putting theoretical analysis and calculation examples effectively combined,and the other is putting qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis effectively combined.Also,it draws the empirical and theoretical of existing evaluation in the country,and combined it with the actual situation.Well,the topic just aims to achieve several goals:Analyzing the building carbon emission factors to propose the correction formula of existing building carbon emissions measurement.Theoretically studying the transformation of existing buildings which is based on the analysis of building carbon emissions.Setting up a perfect comprehensive assessment system by systematically studying the basic situation and development prospects of existing building renovation.Combining the specific existing building renovation project to make an evaluation of example Analysis.According to the current situation and development trend of existing building renovation,putting forward the effective relevant recommendation to improve the overall efficiency.In order to inspect the applicability of the evaluation method,and carbon emission model and index,this paper takes a residential project as a case,making up five leves evaluation set and network hierarchical model based on ANP and Multi-level Fuzzy Evaluation Methoed.This paper collects data throught the questionnaire and calculates the weight with Super Decisions software,the membership grade with the rate proportion method,and the result with fuzzy method.The paper then analyzes what grade of these indexes belong to and how the grade forms to privde some advice and improvements,such as some mearsures or ways about the management and construction for the indexes of ordinary grade,things of the indexes of good grade can offer as reference for the others,and some advice for the construction of the same type.The application of Analytic Network Process and Multi-level Fuzzy Evaluation Method is feasible according to the result of which can reveal the objective fact and the implementation.
