The current environmental problems caused by global warming is getting worse. In China, with the rapid economic development, increasing the level of urbanization, architecture as an important part of the city, the number gradually increased, gradually increasing the amount of construction, in the construction, use and demolition of the building process which will generate a lot of greenhouse gases. Therefore, the development of low-carbon buildings in the city, reducing carbon dioxide emissions significance building construction and use of major. As for the evaluation of low-carbon buildings, only limited qualitative point of view is clearly not enough to quantify the amount of carbon dioxide emissions each stage of the building lifecycle to provide a basis for building a low-carbon building assessment system. This paper studies the quantification method of building carbon emissions, summed up the two calculation model and a predictive model, and case studies.Building quantify carbon emissions related to the measurement of the life cycle, including:material production, construction, operation and maintenance of the building and the dismantling of four stages of recovery, including the direct and indirect carbon dioxide emissions link. This article on low-carbon buildings, carbon footprint, carbon emission factors and the various stages of the life cycle of building carbon emission calculation models are analyzed, a clear measure of carbon emissions each phase boundary, by reading the relevant literature, sorting out some of the fossil fuels, the carbon material emission Factor Database, developed a construction machinery carbon emission factor database. Comparative analysis of the "general carbon emissions coefficient" and "integrated carbon emission coefficient" These two buildings carbon emission measurement model. This article from the perspective of the full life cycle carbon footprint of the building is proposed based on GM (1,1) model prediction methods, making incomplete or under construction in the case is not entirely accurate data collection activities, the various stages of the life cycle carbon emissions accurate estimates possible. From the quantitative point of view it provides a data base for the evaluation of low-carbon buildings. In this paper, a kindergarten project as a case study, estimates were carried out at all stages of its life cycle carbon emissions with "carbon emission coefficient general" and "integrated carbon emission coefficient" while using based on GM (1,1) model building prediction carbon footprint of its carbon emissions from the full life cycle phases were predicted, the predicted results with the calculation results are compared and analyzed to predict the scope of the law has been described. Results of the study on the life cycle carbon emissions of building a useful exploration, relevant results have a certain value.
