| Design and Standards of Green Buildings have become a hot spot of construction in China.However,there are lots of green projects that have got the qualification hardly reach the goals,because they are lack of relevant the ability of operation.Why these buildings are difficult to reach the true green goal as they have taken amount of money?We must use the scientific operation method in order to release the perfect result.It is hard to be a true green building without good operation and maintenance.People always related the operation between tenement,construction and some institutes.However,as an architect,it is important to the operation and comfort of green office buildings.Architects enable to refer appropriate projects and strategies during the whole period of green buildings.Meanwhile,in the period of architectural design,architects can also use some concepts to improve the comfort of a green office building.Compared with relaying tenements and institutions simply,it is more efficient to refine the comfort of users through the architectural design strategy.This paper is written based on the principle of problems referring,questions comparison,case analyses,proposing strategies and case refining to do the research of operation mode of green office buildings,especially the comfort of users.Firstly,according to the analysis of green office building cases in China and other country,deeply researching the LCLL in Tianjin.Secondly,referring an appropriate mode of green office building refining based on site design,space design and outside envelop of building design.Finally,reaching the goal of operation of user comfort in green office buildings and refining the case of LCLL.This paper has referred green office building optimization strategies based on the period of architectural design and how to improve user comfort in order to release the true green of green office buildings.This paper has also given a new perspective of green office building design for the future. |
