The Design Of Field Automatic Calibration System Of Incubator

In this paper,a set of automatic calibration system for calibrating the temperature of multiple incubators is designed.Microcontroller technology,mobile phone APP technology,Bluetooth technology,web programming technology and network cloud server technology should be transported to the temperature of the incubator temperature collection,processing,storage and display.Through mobile phone APP scanning thermostat box of two-dimensional code to read the thermostat ID information and saved to the network database;through the Bluetooth module to monitor the field calibrator;through the mobile phone APP to the scene to collect the data and processing results uploaded to the network database preservation;In the network cloud server-side to save the data processing,the final form of the form shown in the page.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing the functional requirements of the system,build the overall structure of the system block diagram,the system modular processing is divided into on-site collection and cloud server-side.On-site acquisition side designed a field calibrator and mobile APP,cloud server-side,including web production and table display.(2)In the field of software and hardware design,in the modular design method to complete the field calibrator and mobile phone APP production.Field calibrator including Bluetooth module,MCU module,AD conversion module,complete the circuit design of each module and complete the PCB board production,programming in the Keil5 environment to achieve the temperature of the incubator acquisition,processing and sending functions.In order to ensure the accuracy of the field calibrator temperature measurement,use the Fluke 45 multimeter to test the resistance of the field calibrator.Mobile terminal software uses APP Inventor2 software to write Andrews APP,through the component function and logic design to achieve data reception,processing and preservation functions.(3)The temperature data stored in the database is processed in the network cloud server.Network cloud server selection is the domestic Sina cloud server.Through the Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 to complete the web design,in the cloud server to build Web applications,used in the page to display the collected temperature data,generate the original data record form.Users can view collected data information on the Website.
