The automobile alternator industry is becoming more and more competitive,and the profit margin is very compressed.Therefore,the production efficiency and quality assurance requirements are also getting higher and higher.The old assembly line has been phased out because of its simple structure,low production efficiency and large labor intensity of operators.Therefore,the development of efficient assembly line has become an urgent task for the enterprise.This paper took alternator assembly line of the company as the research object to improve the assembly efficiency of the assembly line and quality assurance ability.The structure and process parameters of the assembly line can be improved through the assembly line requirements.First it begin with organization design and mechanical design for assembly line,It need to do a comprehensive design on basic framework of assembly line,including the the research beat,process planning,structure design for the tightening equipment structure and tooling structure design and so on.Secondly,the process reliability verification:through data collection and data analysis of the relevant chart,select reasonable parameters,alarm range and prepare related operational requirements.The last is the product test verification.According to the test standard of alternator,the alternator after assembly including performance,vibration,variable speed and endurance test.This paper by transformation and upgrading of the assembly line eqiupment,the production process can meet the requirements of continuity,parallelism,proportionality and equalization.Assembly line use special equipment and process equipment and the mechanized transport equipment,it can improve labor productivity and shorten production cycle.The research work of this paper has certain reference value for the design and development of the automotive alternator assembly line.
