Research On Integrated Monitoring And Control System Of Intelligent Substation

In the process of infrastructure of power system increasing integration in the substation,produced a huge change in the two channel data acquisition and collection scope,should be born.The integration of intelligent substation monitoring system as a platform for intelligent substation operation by the window,people can collect the spacer device,the switch process layer device.The sampling value of voltage and current,protection and other information.To the traditional substation,intelligent substation and dispatch control center,more easy to exchange with adjacent substation data,where more easy to realize all kinds of advanced applications[1].This paper is based on the integrated monitoring system,in order to meet the needs of remote viewing,alarm direct,data optimization and other requirements,from the optimization of control data,alarm information direct,remote browsing panoramic these three points to[2]for remote monitoring of substation equipment,the specific measures are:after optimization and scheduling station connection together,in order to obtain the data and picture information in substation,remote monitoring and control purposes.Based on the implementation of integrated monitoring system of Smart Substation on the building in Ningde 220kV substation Xincuo(unmanned)monitoring system using the adjusted plan,so as to improve the level of standardization of substation alarm information and monitoring data access control system;classification analysis integrated monitoring system function,easy to expand the advanced applications.The monitoring system of the station control layer configuration becomes more reasonable.Now,regulation,substation equipment testing,has been able to achieve remote control function in the way,this design,will enable it to have the "remote viewing" function in the deployment of video surveillance system,make full use of safety protection function has been achieved,the more reasonable arrangement of the camera,while the camera equipment selection the use of support,web browsing,picture more clear the camera,so as to achieve remote monitoring,image analysis,intelligent inspection to further expand the monitoring system monitoring,fully meet the electric power grid construction and reliable safety,high quality,sensitive scheduling and environmental protection and economic requirements.
