So this paper studies the inter-district and give the key technology of intelligent substation on-line monitoring data, in order to make the state monitoring data can be reliable and efficient access to the state evaluation center, and the proposed intelligent substation on-line monitoring data access master station system solutions, at the same time through the research of intelligent on-line monitoring system for substation and functions of data communication network shutdown, compiled for ?/? area data communications network to turn it off in the existing security specification within the framework of intelligent substation on-line monitoring data sending interface specification inter-district sending method and intelligent substation inter-district demonstration technology solutions.At first, this paper analyzes the intelligent substation station monitoring data transmission station inside and outside information interaction process of system, then focuses on III/IV area function and the application of data communication network to turn it off from the monitoring data inside the system terminal to transmit data to stand outside the main information interaction process in the system, and applies ?/? area data communications network shutdown in ShenNan intelligent on-line monitoring system for substation, finally, the on-line monitoring system for the background and the monitoring device for testing.
