The Rural Power Grid Planning Considering Low Voltage And Frequent Power Outages

At present,Chinese national economy and urban construction are in rapid growth,with gradually growing of the proportion of urban suburbs and the same growing of satellite cities,increasing of social electricity consumption and developing stirct requirements of reliability on the power distribution network.As an important part of the national economy and social development,rural power grids have the problem of"low voltage and frequent power outages",which seriously affects the power quality in rural areas.Thereforethe efficient and reliable distribution network planning in Chinese power industry will be beneficial to ensure the grid to operate safely and reliably,to improve the economic value of the entire power grid,to meet the increasing demand,and also to solve the problem of rural "low voltage and frequent power outages" of distribution network.Considering the problems of rural distribution network and the importance of distribution network planning,this paper provides a plan of rural power grid,and especially focuses on the problem of low voltage and frequent power outages as the core research topic.In addition,the paper builds a structure of rural power grid,which could improvie the rural low voltage phenomenon,and ensure the safety,reliability and continuity of electricity for further study.Talking about the design structure of paper,this paper chooses one county,which has the problems of "low voltage and frequent power outages"in Yongfu town,as the research object.Firstly,the author analyzes the main features of the grid accidents from management level and technology level,through analyzing the main characteristics of low voltage and frequent power outages.And then the author offers the corresponding comprehensive treatment plan for these two parts.Secondly,with reference to the region progress of urbanization,the regional situation of load changing and the development of long term industrial enterprises,the paper analyzes the reasons of the occurrence of "low voltage and frequent power outages",of load demand and of daily electricity demand of the residents,and carries on the analysis of load forecast in the short term and long term,combined with the implementation improvement and the plan design of a town distribution network;Finally,this paper proposes a planning method for the town power grid,and provides a technical reference to solve the problems of low voltage and frequent power outages in the short term,particularly in nearly two years,The author also solves the problem in low voltage and frequent power outages special planning program,according to the existence of Yongfu town which contains these two characters.
