Research On Planning Of Middle Voltage Distribution In Da′an City

The power grid is carrier and maierial basis to generate, change, delivering,distribution, and use for power. It will guide the construction of power grid with scientific and rational power grid planning. And it has vital significance to the reasonable arrangement of power grid construction projects, construction time, money, meet the demand for power of the national economy, guarantee the future power grid security,stability, economic operation and to obtain the biggest economic benefit and social benefit.With the growing demand of national economy and people’s lives for electricity, the power network of da ’an is difficult to meet the needs of load increasing. In order to guarantee the sustainable development of national economy in the future, distribution planning, construction and retrofit work before decision makers at all levels more and more important. Due to the power grid construction involves a lot of money and items such as land requisition, so how to power grid planning, ensure the safety of power distribution network, is stable, reliable and economic operation, fund use efficiency, at the same time,make the requisition of land for the maximum benefit is an essential part of the government at all levels and departments of electric power is one of the important work.Combining with the current situation of the development of da ’an distribution network, analyzed the existing electric power load forecasting method at home and abroad,in choosing a suitable load forecasting method based on considering the actual situation,determine the substation project and capacity.In this paper, it was systematically analyses for the problems of Dan an urban medium voltage distribution network, the 2020 grid electricity load is forecasted. According to da’an social and economic development situation, the overall urban planning and development of electricity load forecast, combined with the present situation of medium voltage distribution network, determine the da ’an planning in medium voltage distribution network planning and construction scheme, and the distribution network scale has carried on the summary of construction and reform, and on the basis of the planning scheme for the investment estimation and economic analysis.Finally, the optimization of distribution network are investment estimation and benefit evaluation, study the reasonable network planning scheme, to the power grid, the social and national bring huge economic, social and environmental benefits.
