Mid Voltage Distribution Gird Planning Research Of Guzhen Town In Zhongshan City

With the rapid development of economy,distribution grid planning is taking a more and more important part in power system.On the one hand,distribution grid planning is an important part of the overall development of the city,and it is also an important foundation for the long-term development plan of the power enterprise itself.Like the blood capillary in power transmission,only the reasonable structure and scientific layout election can improve the power supply reliability and voltage reliability effectively.The medium and long term distribution grid planning and forecasting must consider local economic development policy and the growing electricity demand for the improving living standers.Especially in the central area of the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong province,such as Zhongshan City,the rapid economic trowth makes the government and power departments pay more amd more attention to the power grid construction and transformation.As the power grid construction commands a large amount of capital,a considerable amount of land acquisition and a long-time construction period,optimized power grid planning and protection of power system stable operation become more and more important.At the same time,the power grid planning has precursory and decisive impact on power grid construction,operation and power supply protection.The optimized power grid structure witch is planned accoarding to load growth,cost reduction of the power grid construction and operation witch meet the requirements of economicy reliability and safety are very important to sustainable development,business performance and market competitiveness of Power Grid Company.This paper choosed the distribution grid planning of Guzhen Town which is in Zhongshan City,Guangdong province as the research object.It took the Guzhen Town's target power grid construction at the end of "13th Five-Year" as the focus of planning,and confirmed the technical principle of planning and construction of distribution system.Also it completed the design of backbone grid structure,and the implemented the specific construction projects.then it analysed the investment planning comprehensively.Firstly The this paper analyzed the status of Guzhen Town's distribution grid and regional economic development detailedly,put forward the main problems,and confirmed the specific direction of distribution grid planning.And then,it forecasted Guzhen Town's power load from 2016 to 2020,comfirmed the substation's location and capacity,combining accoarding to the analysis of substations site-selection and transformer capacity calculation.After that,this paper made out the planning and construction schemes of Mid voltage distribution accoarding to its status,and summarized transformation and construction scale of the Mid voltage distribution.Finially,the economic evaluation and reliability of the schemes were analyzed in this paper.
