Research On Remote Fault Diagnosis Of The Elevator Controller Based On Internet

With quick development of technology of elevator controller, it is desirable for reliability of elevator controller, and it is especially important to find and eliminate elevator controller's fault.In this information epoch, the rapid development and good application prospect of Internet and LAN technology makes it a carrier to be various of information. Remote condition monitoring and diagnosis based-on Internet/Intranet is welcome and regarded on academe and industry.The paper advanced Internet-based elevator remote condition monitoring and study in detail and systematically on how to diagnose the fault of elevator controller remotely. A fault diagnosis expert system of elevator controller was built. Main research content as follows:Based on the intelligent control system of the elevator which has already been exploited, and uses DSP and the network card chip RTL8019 connection, it is realizes DSP to access the net the function and provides the long-distance communication platform for overall system.Through theoretical analysis for the consistent of elevator controller and its work principle, the structure of the diagnosis system was set up, and the fault tree was built. Explained with examples the fault of elevator control, the fault model and efficient was analyzed by the analytic method of fault tree.Set up the fault diagnosis expert system of elevator. It is theoretical analyze the method of knowledge acquirement, the method of knowledge denotation, the method of knowledge inference and the method of knowledge explain. Key lies in the knowledge denotation through the method of production pattern and the frame posture, As well as the method of state-space transfer and the depth first inquiry of fault tree were researched and realized.Analyzed the function of database in the fault diagnosis expert system, and the course of database logic design, then built table by E-R model of RDBMS. At last it introduced how to manage and maintenance the database.Debugged the function of each module completely, and finally form the rudiment of remote fault diagnosis expert system of elevator controller.
