| In the traction drive system of rail vehicles, the AC drive and control technology has been widespread application. In the high-power AC drive system research and development and production process, many domestic and foreign research institutions or departments generally use a kind of " energy crossfeed " structure test platform, In order to control "energy crossfeed" structure test platform, this paper established a network control system based on fieldbus technology.Firstly, in the study of several existing drive test platform structure of the program at home and abroad, the paper is to build on the traction/brake test platform in accordance with the "energy crossfeed" program was the structural design.The traction / brake test platform consists of traction test system, air power braking system and the corresponding measurement and control system. In order to achieve control of the train network simulation,the test system of traction test system must communicate with others by using MVB standard. Whole traction/brake test platform in accordance with traction, braking and air power combined electrical braking condition of urban rail transit vehicles and mainline train traction simulation run. Second, This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the test platform and operating mode, designed the traction/brake test platform’s network topology control systems, and in accordance with the topology of the network control system hardware is designed after determining the structure of the traction/brake test platform.Based on the hardware of the network control system, this paper designed the network control system software by using the Visual C++ 6.0 development environment. The software includes interactive interface and communication program, The interactive interface is designed by using MFC dialog application and can control the run of the traction/brake test platform by calling the communication program.The interactive interface can do the driver controller running test, constant speed test, AC traction characteristics test,electrical braking characteristic test, and analog driver controller running test when the driver controller failure or no access to the test system. Finally, this paper achieved a simulation run of the traction / brake test platform network control system by using computer systems. |
