The Integrated Management Research On Smart City Comprehensive Service Project In K County

In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy,the issues of social comprehensive governance and livelihood services have become increasingly prominent.The development of smart cities is of great strategic significance in solving the realistic problems in the economic transformation of cities and in promoting the long-term healthy and sustainable development of cities.Based on the practical significance of building smart city project in K County,this paper firstly discusses the research background,significance and research status of the integrated management of all elements of smart city,and introduces the theoretical basis of applying project management and project integrated management to smart city.On this basis,this paper describes the general situation and overall planning of "smart city" project in K County,the practical significance,necessity and feasibility of this project.This paper analyzes the possible problems and influencing factors of the integrated management of all elements in the process of smart city project implementation and puts forward solutions.Finally,based on the actual situation of participating in project construction and integrated management process by myself,summarizing the current research results and putting forward proposals and suggestions on the construction of smart city project according to local conditions.
