The smart site construction concept has developed rapidly in China’s engineering construction projects since it came into being.At present,the company’s construction of smart construction sites mainly meets the needs of on-site management,focusing on the core business of the site and adopting a bottom-up approach.Improve the ability of on-site data-based collaborative work,strengthen the management of on-site people,materials,and machines,and bring convenience to on-site production and management.At the same time,there are also problems in the smart construction site,such as duplicate functions of business subsystems,inconsistent data,and difficulty in accumulating data assets for enterprises.The management risks implied by an enterprise are increasing synchronously with the development of the enterprise,the increase in the number of construction projects and the expansion of management.Therefore,enterprise management needs to build an enterprise management platform that can integrate the management of various subsystems of the smart construction site to meet the needs of enterprise-level overall planning,supervision and management.In this paper,the research on the enterprise-level management system of smart construction sites is based on this,which proposes the unified construction of smart construction sites from the enterprise level.First,analyze the characteristics of construction projects in the context of the era of information and intelligent management of construction enterprises.It also analyzes the three problems in the existing smart site management model:(1)inconsistent data standards,lack of overall planning(2)high input costs,poor practicality(3)scattered data,and difficulty in playing value.Study the needs of enterprise information management and the necessity of building an enterprise-level integrated management platform.Secondly,study the goals and functional requirements of enterprises to build an enterprise-level management system for smart construction sites,and carry out a preliminary functional architecture of the system.Then,combined with the overall construction of the enterprise system thinking and technical foundation,from the application layer,data layer,platform layer three levels,to study the overall technical solutions of the intelligent construction site enterprise-level management system architecture.Focus on solving the problems of inconsistency and poor practicability of the original sub-system data standards.Study how the system recognizes and collects engineering information data such as the identity of project site personnel,mechanical equipment,materials,materials,and processes,aggregates,and uploads these data.Finally,combined with the construction site-level management system of a smart construction site that is being developed by a construction company,the reasons and requirements for the construction of a management system for a smart construction siteenterprise are analyzed.Study how to solve the problems of data sharing and unified data coding standards among different users in the system construction.And take the bidding and bidding management,construction period optimization and green construction function modules in the system as examples to analyze the benefits it brings to the enterprise in the project construction.Evaluate the actual application value and management effect of the system through fuzzy evaluation method,and fully demonstrate its role in project management.
