The piezoelectric motor has the advantages of no electromagnetic interference,small size,high precision,fast response,low noise and power failure.It can be used in many fields,such as aviation,aerospace,automobile,medical treatment and daily necessities.However,at present,the main research object is ultrasonic piezoelectric motor,and the low frequency piezoelectric motor is rarely studied.Dr.Jiao Xiaoyang of Jilin University has reduced its driving frequency to 288.3Hz,and there has not been a piezoelectric motor with a driving frequency of 50 Hz.In this paper,based on the National Natural Science Fund Project "driving mechanism and experimental research of power frequency piezoelectric motor"(project number: 51607010),the working principle of inertia driven power frequency piezoelectric motor is discussed,and an inertial driving power frequency piezoelectric motor is designed.The working frequency of the piezoelectric motor is controlled in 50 Hz by the control of the size of the bullet,mass and turntable.The performance is measured by the load speed and the zero speed torque.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Piezoelectric ceramics,metal substrates and bonding materials are selected to design variable cross-section piezoelectric vibrators to achieve the purpose of protecting and protecting ceramics.explore a controllable and stable piezoelectric vibrator production process and detection methods,make a qualified piezoelectric vibrator,and study the concrete influence of the thickness,length and width of the variable cross section on the stiffness of the piezoelectric vibrator.2.The structure of inertia driving power frequency piezoelectric motor is designed,and the structural design of shrapnel,pre tightening spring and connecting block is detailed.Through the ANSYS simulation software,the modal analysis of the inertia driven power frequency piezoelectric motor is carried out.The first order vibration mode is determined as the vibration mode of the motor,and the pre design is assisted to determine the size of the shrapnel,the pretightening spring and the connection block.3.The working principle of inertia driven power frequency piezoelectric motor is explored,the longitudinal and torsional dynamics model is set up.Through theoretical analysis,the longitudinal non separation condition of stator and turntable and the rotor rotation condition are determined,and the feasibility of the inertia driven power frequency piezoelectric motor is theoretically explored.4.To explore the influence of the inertia driven power frequency piezoelectric motor shrapnel,turntable and mass block on the natural frequency of the system;to explore the influence of the driving voltage and driving frequency on the unloaded speed of the inertia driven power frequency piezoelectric motor,and to explore the influence of the driving voltage and the driving frequency on the zero speed torque of the inertia driven power frequency piezoelectric motor.In this paper,the working principle of inertia driven power frequency piezoelectric motor is discussed with vibration mechanics,and the design and test of inertia driven power frequency piezoelectric motor are carried out.The frequency control method of inertial driven low frequency piezoelectric motor is proposed,which is of reference to the design of similar structure. |
