As one kind of electric vehicles,electric scooters have been more and more popular for its convenience and fun during the past several years.Motor and its control system,the core of electric scooters,impact the performance of electric scooters directly.In recent years,with the deep-going research of high-performance permanent magnet materials technology,power semiconductors,converter circuits,control theory,signal processing and microelectronics,drive control technology of electric scooter has achieved rapid development.This task takes Nuvo Ton NM1200 MCU as control core.And permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with 350 W low power has been chosen as the driving motor of electric scooter in this research.Besides,the control technology of FOC + SVPWM have been used together to design a kind of electric scooter controller in order to realize the function of acceleration,deceleration,cruise travel,system protection and fault detection.This kind of electric scooter has the advantages of low cost,superior performance and reliability and other positive features.In the term of hardware design,NM1200 LBAE microprocessor of 32-bit NM1200 group is used as main control unit,with the miscellaneous functional modules like power module,power driver module,phase current detection module,over-current detection module,battery voltage detection module,Hall detection module,temperature protection module,speed setting module,brake module and other functional modules.In the software part,the method of software interrupt is utilized to achieve the control function.The vector control algorithm is implemented in the PWM interrupt module,and the main function flow chart of the system main program and interrupt is given in thesis.The whole software program is written and debugged in C language under the embedded development Keil4 environment.The modeling and simulation of the vector control system of 350 W PMSM are carried on by means of Simulink software.And the simulationresults are analyzed and summarized to test the enforceability of vector control strategy of PMSM in the ideal condition.Finally,the experimental platform of electric scooter controller is set up to test the rotary movement.The experimental results show that the design and development of the electric scooter controller achieves the expected requirements.
