With the continuous advancement and deepening of China’s reform and opening up,the modern enterprise management system has gradually improved,and the business performance of enterprises has become more and more important.Scientific and effective business performance evaluation is a key factor in corporate governance and profitability.With the economic globalization,liberalization of air transport,the implementation of important macro strategies such as the “One Belt and Road”,the improvement of residents’ income levels,the upgrading of consumption structures,and the increasing closeness of cross-regional economic and trade cooperation,the scale of China’s air transport business has steadily increased.The efficiency has been obviously improved,the degree of marketization of the industry has been continuously improved,and the air transport industry has made considerable progress.It has become one of the largest countries in the world civil aviation,and its strategic position in the national economy and society is increasingly prominent.China Southern Airlines is the fifth listed airline in China.It is the only airline that operates the Airbus A380 in China,ranking the first among Chinese airlines for39 consecutive years,fleet size and passenger transportation.Both rank first in Asia and fourth in the world.As China enters the new normal,“three phases of superposition”,structural reform on the supply side,and economic restructuring and upgrading continue to deepen,China Southern Airlines is facing a general decline in asset growth,increasing pressure on asset quality,and a sustained slowdown in profit growth.The competition in the airline industry and the increasingly fierce cross-border competition among non-airline industry financial institutions and the more urgent task of business transformation are multiple challenges.Based on the theoretical research and practical exploration results of domestic and foreign companies’ operating performance,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of domestic air transport companies under the new normal and the factors affecting South China’s aviation business performance,from profitability and solvency.,operational capabilities and growth capabilities and other aspects of the establishment of the Southern Airlines operating performance evaluation system,and the four major commercial airlines,including Southern Airlines,including nearly four years of financial data as a sample,using factor analysis to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its operating performance,Andthen put forward the countermeasures for improving the performance of China Southern Airlines.The main conclusions are:(1)The construction of China Southern’s operational performance evaluation system should follow the principles of relevance,comprehensiveness and importance,feasibility and objectivity.In view of the impact of profitability,debt repayment,operationality,and growth of China Southern Airlines’ s operating performance,the design of its performance evaluation indicators should also be conducted in these respects.Select the return on net assets,return on total assets,and operating income.Margins,current ratios,asset-liability ratios,accounts receivable turnover rate,total asset turnover rate,operating income growth rate,net asset growth rate,total asset growth rate,and other evaluation indicators.(2)Although the scale of China Southern Airlines is not the largest in China,its operating performance has certain advantages compared with some airlines while it is in disparity with certain airlines,but it also means that China Southern Airlines has improved its efficiency.Great space.(3)China Southern Airlines should combine the development trend of the aviation industry with its own operational reality,strengthen its cost management to improve profitability,strengthen risk management to improve asset quality,strengthen business innovation to enhance growth capabilities,and improve its own operating performance and market The core competitiveness makes its own development full of momentum,potential and vitality.
