Research And Design Of Material Monitoring System For Compressing Garbage Truck

Compressing garbage truck is efficient special vehicles of urban sanitation for collecting and transferring garbage.It is hard to measure its weight by common measuring apparatus because of its on moving work circumstance,or else it will increase its efficiency.So it needs finding a method to measure its weight during working in order to solve this problem.On-board monitoring system for compressing garbage truck well developed abroad and domestic researcher has been researched on-board monitoring system in recently years.At present,the vast majority of roll-off garbage trucks have no accurate dynamic monitoring system.First of all,the dissertation introduces the development and actuality of compressing garbage truck and expounds the composition and work principle of compressing garbage truck in abroad.This dissertation takes roll-off garbage truck as research object,introduces the features of roll-off garbage truck and garbage compressor which is superstructure of roll-off garbage,and analyzes the hydraulic system of compressor.The dissertation researches garbage monitoring method of roll-off garbage truck.Be aimed at structural features of garbage compressor,the automatic monitoring method that the weight of garbage in bucket was calculated by synchronous sampling the lifting angular displacement of moving arms and the pressure value of lifting cylinder at corresponding position was proposed.The mathematics model was built,monitoring accuracy and influence factor was analyzed,and the method of eliminating influence factor was discussed.Intelligent monitoring system of garbage truck uses electric-resistance strain sensor to acquire information of garbage weight.After MCU analyzes and calculates data information,this system can display net weight and gross weight.Intelligent monitoring system of garbage compressor is composed of two parts:data acquisition,signal processing and output display.This system uses AT89S52,combine with A/D convertor and input and output communication modules such as keyboard and LED,it can figure out the load of garbage compressor.Monitoring system of garbage truck has good ability of anti-jamming, stability,accuracy and±2%error range.With the simple configuration, long service life and general circuit design,the monitoring system conforms to field test and upgrade demand.After experiment testing,the result shows that it is a good control system with high anti-disturb ability. It has proper adaptability,lightens workers working intensity and improves working efficiency,possessing very high value of development.
