| Based on system safety identification,analysis,evaluation and decision theory,using the HAZOP analysis method,Rough Set technology,combining the reality of high-speed operation process safety risk management,follow the "regulations of railway technical management" China railway corporation(high speed railway section)(2014),"about rail safety risk management guidelines"(iron safety[2012]no.46)regulation,According to the safety technology and management of high-speed railway operation process of the reality of our country,through to the Shanghai Railway Bureau,a survey of the Beijing Railway Bureau and the Taiyuan Railway Bureau,based on the analysis of the main safety chain,the diagnosis process of high-speed rail operation safety,build high-speed rail operation safety effect factor set,evaluation system model of high-speed railway safety risk scientific evaluation,high-speed rail operation safety level.The main research contents are summarized as follows:(1)Establish the safety chain model of high-speed railway operation processCombined with development trend of high speed railway and operation status,based on the concept of "universal security,active safety awareness and safety chain practice" three modules of high speed railway operation security theory model,and operation process of high speed railway station security chain and operations management security chain are defined,in fully grasp the bullet train from start to brake to stop the whole line road station security links and the related relationship,on the basis of creating a high-speed operation process safety risk factors set.(2)Identification and analysis of the safety risk factors of the post chain of high-speed railway operation.From high-speed rail track foundation,operational scheduling and operation control of the processes,system integration theory and method of HAZOP study identification operation safety factors of high-speed railway,including management,personnel quality,equipment factors and environmental factors;On this basis,based on rough set theory,the key factors of security risk of high-speed railway engineering system are constructed.(3)Design high-speed railway operation safety risk assessment modelBased on the theory of fuzzy mathematics,the comprehensive evaluation model of safety risk of high speed railway construction system based on multi-factor multi-attribute is built.Through to the Shanghai railway bureau,Beijing railway bureau and the field investigation,taiyuan railway administration based on post safety chain is the main line,to the jurisdiction of the bureau of Shanghai scores for a high-speed line works system,analysis of diagnostic operation safety status of high-speed,high-speed operation security factors set,build a high-speed rail safety risk assessment system model,the scientific evaluation of high-speed train operation safety level. |
