With the improvement of urbanization level,expanding the area of the city proper,the existing drainage system has been gradually cannot meet the needs of city drains,flood caused by poor drainage of waterlogging caused huge impact on People's Daily life.It is of great practical significance to improve the urban ecological environment and improve the living standard of urban residents by compiling drainage and waterlogging planning and directing the construction of urban drainage and waterlogging facilities.This paper studies and prepares the drainage and waterlogging planning in the city of X county.According to the collection of basic data of landform,hydrology,meteorology,etc,of status of urban river water system,drainage system X county,waterlogging risk area is analyzed,on this basis to determine the rainwater runoff control scheme,design of rainwater pipe network,prevent waterlogging system planning.Using 1987-2016,the measured rainfall information summary law of rainfall,obeys the law of rainfall X county new storm intensity formula,with recommended rainstorm intensity formula comparison to determine the choice of a new storm intensity formula is applied to the planning of the drains.By using topographic map to calculate the scope and area of various types of underlying surfaces within the urban planning area,the current comprehensive runoff coefficient in the area of X county planning area is 0.62.Chicago rain type method is used to design the short duration storm rainfall patterns,together with the present situation of SWMM hydraulic model of X county to evaluate drainage ability,waterlogging risk areas,status quo of the drainage pipe network length X county,about 82 km,drainage capacity is less than 1year once?1 to 2 years?2-3 years?more than 3 years in a pipeline length of 10.64 km?24.87 km?15.78 km?29.71 km,X county waterlogging high?medium?low risk area covers an area of 1.43 km~2?3.84 km~2?46.73 km~2,the status quo of the flood point five,is located in the downtown area.According to the assessment results,the renovation area of green roof?lower caisson green space?water permeable pavement of the new urban development zone is 3.9km~2?3.6km~2?3.3km~2 respectively.Determine urban drainage system for the separate system,drainage system can be divided into four partitions,rain,respectively,for the new vortex river drainage system?the old guo river drainage system?four rainwater drainage system?heihe river drainage system,on this basis,in accordance with the meet once every two years?important areas in general areas once every five years the drainage standard of rainwater pipe network design scheme is put forward.Redesign of X county city inland transform,make its meet once every 20years of flood control,once every 10 years and waterlogged standard,planning open trench section,make it meet the standards of once every five years prevent waterlogging,the city line of the layout of the drainage channel,using the existing urban wetland park,building large storage facilities rain waterlogging water storage solution.
