The process of urbanization changes the structure of the underlying surface of the original land,and rain water will fall on the ground without effective infiltration,causing a large amount of rain water collection in the city,resulting in rain floods.In order to alleviate the problem of urban water environment,the country implements the construction of sponge city.Rain garden,as one of the important technical measures to construct sponge body,has important research value.In this paper,the concept of low-impact development and the basic theory of rain garden are studied in depth,and excellent cases at home and abroad are combined to analyze and summarize,so as to provide guidance for the theoretical system construction of rainwater garden.Secondly,Hangzhou city was taken as the research object to explore the natural geographical conditions and utilization of rainwater resources in Hangzhou city,and the rain garden and related low-impact development technology measures in Hangzhou city were investigated on the spot to provide a feasible reference for the research content of this paper.According to the situation of rainwater utilization and the restriction factors of rain garden construction in Hangzhou city,a theoretical system suitable for rain garden construction in Hangzhou city is proposed,and the general process and operation and maintenance of rain garden construction are suggested.Finally,on the basis of the above study,taking Hangzhou waterscape park as a practical case,the practice site was investigated under the guidance of the constructed rain garden construction strategy,and the rainwater runoff process and rainwater management in the park were analyzed.On the basis of this,the transformation method of the rain garden in the park which is easy to collect water is put forward,and the related low-impact development technology measures are combined to improve the efficiency of the site stormwater control.In the process of case practice,the feasibility of rain garden construction strategy is verified to provide some experience for Hangzhou rain garden construction.
