Nowadays,the trend of urban land use in China is towards diversification,intensification and integration,which makes the parking demand of traditional single-purpose travel change fundamentally.In addition,the peak parking demand periods of different types of land in urban complex are different,and the actual total parking demand and parking berths with different properties of land use are unbalanced between supply and demand.At present,the number of parking berths in urban complex is determined according to the building parking allocation index.Although the determination of parking allocation index takes into account the social and economic level of different cities and the differences in the production of different types of land and the amount of traffic attracted.The parking allocation indexes suitable for different types of land are formulated,but they are all based on the prediction of single land use.Based on the analysis of the efficiency and degree of the complex sharing,this paper quantifies the influence of the combination of various kinds of land on berth sharing,and provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of berth sharing.For the urban complex which contains many kinds of land use,it is simply accumulated.Such a prediction method can make the prediction of parking demand and the actual parking demand have a large gap,so that the parking supply and demand contradictions of urban complex are more prominent.Therefore,by improving the existing parking demand forecasting methods and deeply studying the parking behavior of complex shared parking,the parking demand forecasting method of urban complex which allows berth sharing is established.The number of parking berths of the complex can be reasonably predicted to meet the different types of parking demand,to alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of parking in the urban complex,and to improve the utilization efficiency of parking facilities.Based on the research of parking demand prediction at home and abroad,this paper studies the parking demand forecasting method of domestic complex after considering berth sharing.Firstly,the author studies and analyzes the parking berth selection behavior of the users of complex parking facilities,quantifies the influence of shared parking behavior factors on the parking selection process,and establishes a model for the selection of parking spaces shared by complex parking facilities.Secondly,the existing shared parking demand forecasting methods combined with China's national conditions are applied to improve,fully consider the impact of traffic location,travel mode,improve the existing parking production rate model,to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional analysis method.On the basis of the improved generation rate model,the parking choice behavior of parking facility users is fully considered,and the shared parking behavior selection model is introduced.The parking demand prediction model of urban complex which allows berth sharing is established.And,two urban complex in Putian City are taken as the research object.Through the parking survey and analysis data,the correctness and feasibility of the prediction method are verified.In order to ensure the implementation of berth sharing,parking policy,management and technical strategy are put forward.Finally,through the quantitative analysis of the sharing efficiency and degree of different land combinations in the body,a good theoretical foundation is established for the implementation of berth sharing,and the effective implementation of parking berth sharing is guided.
