With the growth in the living standard,the increase of urban roads is way slower than that of cars which citizens have.Therefore,the traffic problem becomes more and more serious.Meanwhile,developing subway network and subway projects,especially subway projects in big cities,is increasingly difficult and the cost grows higher and higher.The current management can't completely satisfy the need of modern subway construction,and it should be replaced by a new more efficient informational method to support the project management.Building Information Modeling is a three-dimensional parametric digital model of the building life cycle,it covered through the establishment of the information base of the building life cycle to achieve the various stages in the building life cycle,between the parties of integration and sharing,its essence is the application of information technology in the construction field.For the complex relationship of subway,BIM technology can better solve the existence of a series of problems.The theory of BIM technology is introduced systematically and BIM is applied to a subway station.This paper firstly analyzes the development status of BIM technology at home and abroad,combined with the construction difficulties of the subway project and the needs of building design,put forward the main research contents and technical route of the article.Then,based on the application status of BIM technology of subway project,the working flow of BIM technology used in subway project is analyzed and the BIM modeling rules is put forward.On this basis,the Revit software is used to build architecture model,structural model,and the ventilation system model,power system model,water system model,etc.And record the problems encountered in the modeling process,summarize the factors that affect the rapid modeling and explore the BIM rapid modeling method based on Revit software.Secondly,based on the Revit model of the subway station,the BIM-based electromechanical deepening design method is studied.Firstly comparison and analysis of the application of Revit and Navisworks two software to achieve the collision detection and collision of professional output method.And then through the pipeline layout scheme to optimize the collision to achieve the project to reduce costs,shorten the construction period and improve the quality of the purpose of the project.Next,based on the BIM collisionless model,this paper studies the net height analysis and optimization method based on BIM,the method of creating the hanging,the method of reserving holes and the design of electromechanical deepening design drawings,to provide a strong guidance to the precise construction and paves the way for the implementation of the operation and maintenance phase.Finally,BIM-based virtual construction technology is carried out on the BIM collisionless model.Firstly,it analyzes the advantages of virtual constructon technology,and provides a complete solution for the construction of virtual construction model and the selection of virtual construction software.Then,the engineering simulation method and 4D simulation method of special program are studied based on the engineering case.At last,the detailed analysis of the progress deviation analysis and adjustment scheme is carried out.The method of associating 4D model information with the construction site information is explored in order to maximize the realization of information sharing and information equivalence.
