Application Of BIM Technology In Residential Construction

With the improvement of computer technology and the popularization of electronic information,the modern construction industry has changed from traditional manual drawing to electronic drawing of CAD software.CAD is used to improve the efficiency of the design and solve the problem of the preservation of manual drawing drawings.However,because of the rapid development of the construction industry,the scale,function,form and system of the project are much more complicated than before,the traditional design method can not completely express the designer's design intention,which increases the puzzlement to the design and construction team.At the same time,under the economic development of our country's characteristic doctrine,quickness is the goal that the real estate industry pursues,which results in the shortening of the design time,and many design mistakes will be found in the actual construction stage,which will cause unnecessary losses to the owners.Building Information Modeling is the second revolution in the construction industry,which provides a collaborative platform for the exchange,sharing and transmission of data and information by means of the life cycle of a project.Besides,it can not only provide visual communication,but also generate collision inspection,reduce design errors,enhance construction efficiency,reduce cost and shorten shorten the duration of the project.The application of 4 D and 5 D can reasonably plan the process and budget of construction.This paper studies the application of BIM technology in three aspects:First,through literature research,the concept and characteristics of BIM are summarized,and the application scope and stage of BIM in project are analyzed.Secondly,by using BIM technology in the project,it explores the application of the construction drawing design phase of the project,including all kinds of professional modeling,collision check,net high review,comprehensive deepening and optimization design of pipeline and then drawing,etc.,so as to verify the advantages of BIM technology.At the same time,a complete set of BIM standards is put forward in the course of the research,which provides reference for future projects to use BIM technology.Finally,the application of other BIM technologies such as BIM lightweight platform in the process of project construction management is studied based on the project case,which provides a working method for the application of BIM in the future,including cooperative work and operation and maintenance management.
