| In the whole life cycle of the project,the design and construction stage are important links of project management,and the management of this stage plays a vital role in realizing the comprehensive benefit goal of the whole project.The working mode of integrated design and construction is widely used in China.Under this mode,design units and construction units can carry out collaborative work in the process of project management.However,due to the limitations of the traditional integrated management mode,this collaborative mode has not achieved real deep integration.BIM technology is to share data and information by establishing 3 D models and integrating data and information by technical means.Its unique functional advantages are of great significance for project design and construction stage work.Based on the BIM collaborative platform,it can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of integrated management work such as information model construction,collaborative deepening design,dynamic simulation analysis,collaborative construction and management.How to better combine BIM technology with the traditional design and construction integrated management mode,give full play to the advantages of both in the actual project application,and improve the comprehensive benefits of project management,has become the direction of BIM technology application research.Based on this,this paper takes the library project as an example,and analyzes the application path of BIM technology in the integrated management mode of design and construction.The main contents are as follows:1.By analyzing the basic theory and characteristics of BIM technology,this paper expounds the advantages of BIM technology in construction planning,project construction,organization management and other aspects,and demonstrates that BIM technology has important research and application value.Through the analysis of the application and key problems of BIM technology in project management through the domestic and foreign literature research and the questionnaire survey,and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the application of traditional integrated design and construction management,the ideas and methods of establishing the integrated design and construction management mode based on BIM are put forward.2.The framework of the integrated project management system of design and construction based on BIM technology is established.It mainly includes the construction of the organization structure of integrated design and construction,formulates the unified management constraint mechanism to ensure the continuous and effective communication between the participating units;formulates the unified requirements for model design,solves the problem of data interaction information asymmetry;deepens the workflow of collaborative design and construction,realizes the effective and deep integration of coordinated design and construction,and gives full play to the maximum efficiency of BIM technology and the integrated application management mode of design and construction.3.In actual library engineering case concrete analysis based on the implementation of BIM design and construction integration management path,through the model design,pipeline synthesis,collaborative deepening,construction simulation,schedule control,quality management and other key work application analysis,comprehensive application effect evaluation demonstrated based on BIM design and construction integration project management mode can bring significant benefits for the comprehensive management of engineering project,but also will speed up the construction industry upgrading,promote the construction industry to refinement,collaborative,digital direction. |
