Tall Office Building Public Space Design Research

This paper traces the history of the development and evolution of the interior space of the super high-rise office building,and studies the design of the interior space of the building and the existing problems.it focuses on the design of the plane standard layer space of the core tube and the vertical space through the building,including the analysis from the aspects of design characteristics and components,design principles,spatial organization structure,horizontal and vertical transportation system.The composition of the internal public space is classified,and further explained from the economic point of view,through the ratio of the core barrel to the standard layer area to explain its impact on the horizontal layout,how to determine the reasonable ratio in order to achieve good economic goals,and finally get the optimal design scheme.At the same time,this paper analyzes the internal space design method and existing problems with the example of hang lung plaza 350.6 meters high tower 1 in Shenyang city.at the same time,it also explains its connection with the external space,with the surrounding projects,from the outside and inside to the internal space,and puts forward some problems and solutions,hoping to provide some reference for readers.The full text is divided into five chapters.The chapter one is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and the purpose and significance of the research;Through the analysis of the development background,history,social reality,technical conditions,the super high-rise office building interior space composition to do a general introduction,so that readers understand the development of super high-rise building system.The second chapter mainly introduces the characteristics and components of the interior space of the super high-rise office building,and explains the characteristics of the interior public space;The third chapter discusses the design principle of its interior space,and expounds the characteristics of the standard floor and the selection and configuration of the vertical elevator system from the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.The fourth chapter introduces a super high-rise office building project of henglong tower,analyzes the super high-rise interior space design,discusses the architectural design points and interior design points of each part.At the same time,the problems such as noise problem(computer room),the landscape of standard layer shared space,green layout suggestions,influence the core tube layout,core tube occupied standard layer area,namely,the standard layer plane efficiency,rental utilization rate were studied and analyzed.Chapter v conclusion and references.Based on the deep understanding of the design principle and type characteristics of super high-rise building,this paper discusses how to optimize the effective use area of super high-rise building,and summarizes the corresponding strategies and principles.
