Research On The Construction Project Management Mode Of T3 Terminal Of Shenyang Taoxian Airport

With the continuous development of the socialist market economy,China is gradually expanding the public facilities construction of large scale of investment,a large number of infrastructure projects are constantly emerging,the number of large scale projects in these projects in more than 200 thousand square meters is increasing.The airport expansion project is one of the main project of the central and local government investment in recent years,how to use the best management mode in the limited time of construction organization of high quality of various construction tasks,to achieve maximum benefits of project management,efficient management to shorten the construction period to improve the construction speed,improve project quality,reduce the cost of the project will play a crucial role,so it is very important to reasonable and efficient management mode.The object of this study is the Taoxian airport terminal T3 project management mode.This paper is divided into five parts,the first chapter is the introduction part,the research background,research purpose and research significance,research status at home and abroad,the technical route and method of research,and the research content and innovation.The second chapter is theoretical foundation of the project management package including overview of project management theory,comparative analysis of common project management EPC mode and PMC mode.And the present situation of the construction project of Sheyang Taoxian Airport terminal and the management mode of chapter third analysis including T3 terminal construction project,the construction of T3 terminal project management problem analysis and T3 terminal construction project management model.The fourth chapter Sheyang Taoxian Airport T3 terminal construction project management mode of construction project management mode optimization including the combination mode of the PMC EPC owners,on themanagement mode of optimization projects.The fifth chapter is the safeguard measures and the implementation of machine optimization System.Through the research of T3 terminal project management mode in-depth analysis and theoretical knowledge based on their study of the science of construction management,optimize the existing terminal project management mode,and put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization design of management measures.As an airport staff,have deep feelings for the airport,and has been concerned with the T3 terminal building of Shenyang Taoxian Airport,this paper study on the management mode of T3 terminal construction project,find out the problems,then pointed out that the optimization of the management mode of thinking,to make their own contributions to the promotion of airport construction projects in the future development.
