| With the sustained and rapid development of our country's economy,the disposable income of urban and rural residents steadily increased,the transportation convenience and speed are put forward higher requirements,constantly promote the rapid development of domestic civil aviation industry.As the infrastructure of the civil aviation industry,large-scale airport construction projects are constantly emerging.Generally speaking,the terminal is the central hub of the airport operation,and is the place where the passenger transport mode is converted,which is the intersection of the air side and the land side.At the same time,due to its complex structure,large scale of construction and high social attention,it has become the key project of airport construction.In recent years,with the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the new terminals of shenzhen baoan,wuhan tianhe and chongqing jiangbei have been put into use successively.The new airport terminal building in Beijing is about 1.03 million square meters,and will be the largest single terminal in the world.Shijiazhuang positive definite international airport T2 to start building at the end of 2010,is a transportation infrastructure "five-year" key project in hebei province,the main terminal building area of 154000 ?.The engineering construction is designed to meet the increasing number of hebei civil aviation passenger demand,operation pressure relief in Beijing airport,service in the integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region policy,improve the civil aviation passenger throughput,is of great significance.The general contracting mode is the direction that the country promotes vigorously.As of now,the general contracting mode of the most common project in China is the general contracting of construction.Due to the huge construction scale of the international airport terminal 2 in shijiazhuang zhengding international airport,if the general construction contract management mode is adopted in the general form,it will pose a great challenge to the smooth completion of the construction project.Based on the experience of construction management in shijiazhuang airport terminal 2,this paper discusses the general contracting management system and improves the management level through technical and institutional measures.In terms of choice of general contracting of construction organization and management system,analyzes the characteristics of general management mode,aiming at the particularity of shijiazhuang airport terminal 2 project,adopted zhongjian eight innings leadership-management-layer three layer organization mode to solve.In general contracting of construction schedule management,construction time,labor and materials for the targetdemand,such as subcontractors coordination task difficulty was analyzed,and made the key line control principle,strengthen the service and communication of the subcontractor,technology innovation to speed up the construction progress,ensure labor and supplies such as countermeasures to solve.In the quality management of general construction contract,through technological innovation and group effort to achieve the goal of engineering excellence,a set of engineering management system of advance planning,process control and completion summary is developed.In general contracting of construction safety management,safety management situation of subcontracting units and not stopping construction are analyzed,and made to strengthen safety education,clear responsibilities and not stopping construction management measures.Finally,the results of terminal 2 project in the general contracting management mode,progress management,quality management and safety management are summarized.It is proved that the relevant management system is applicable to the large monomers similar to terminal 2,which has certain reference significance and promotion value. |
